TERMS OF SALE AND DELIVERY

WINDOWMASTER WEBSHOP TERMS OF SALE AND DELIVERY

The below terms of sale and delivery apply to this online shop. As the terms of sale and delivery are binding on you, please make sure to read them carefully, in particular with regard to price, delivery, liability for faults/defects and late delivery, and right of return. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@windowmaster.dk. - As the terms are subject to update from time to time, please read them before you order - then click on ”Confirm” at the bottom of the page.

TERMS OF SALE AND DELIVERY FOR DIRECT DELIVERY
Agreement on sale and delivery is made between WindowMaster A/S and you. You can order and make an agreement provided you have reached 18. The ordered goods are delivered to an address in Denmark at your discretion (except Greenland and the Faroe islands). We can execute your order only if you at the time of your order also accept

- the terms of sale and delivery stated in this online shop,
- the prices quoted in this online shop,
- that we make a record of your name, address, phone number, email address, and business registration number for the purpose of executing your order,
- that we record your payment card details solely for the purpose of executing your order, and
- that our agreement is subject to Danish law.

How will I know that my order has been received?
Upon receipt of your order, we will confirm the order by email. An agreement is made when you have received our order confirmation. We will handle your order as soon as possible. Usually you may expect to receive your order within 10 business days. Our order confirmation will be conditional on approval of your payment card (Dankort or Visa/Dankort).
If you do not receive information from us as regards order confirmation and/or approval of your payment card (Dankort or Visa/Dankort), please contact us. We want to handle your order in a speedy manner, however we shall not be liable for circumstances due to electronic communication problems or errors.

Price and payment
You must pay the prices including VAT as appear from the online shop at any time. Price, possible fees and the total purchase price will appear from the order confirmation. Please note the maximum amount per order: DKK 25,000 exclusive of VAT.

Liability for faults/defects and late delivery
WindowMaster shall not become liable for any fault/defect or late delivery.

Exchange/return
- Returning of stock goods is subject to agreement and can only take place if the goods have been purchased at WindowMaster, and if they are intact and in original non-tampered packaging.
- The goods must at the time of return be carried in stock and represent a quantity in reasonable proportion to our sales.
- By return, a return note must always be enclosed.
- All freight costs regarding the return fall on the customer.
- A return fee is calculated.

Return fee
- Return fee is 20%
- however, at least DKK 5,000.

Calculation of the return fee is based on the invoiced value of the goods.
Return orders of less than DKK 5,000 are not credited.

Procedure for return
Return of goods must follow the below procedure:
1. Print WindowMaster’s return note – www.windowmaster.com/kundeservice
2. Return no. is provided by WindowMaster’s customer service at tel. +45 4567 0430.
3. Fill in the return note including return no.
4. Enclose return note with the shipment.

Danish law
Agreements made via this online shop are governed by Danish law and Danish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with such agreements.
